As Chief of Staff, you'll be a strategic partner to the executive teamdriving alignment, execution, and impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment - Implement frameworks like EOS or OKRs to cut through noise and bring sharp focusmaking sure the entire organization is rowing in the same direction.
- Executive Communications - Prepare board decks, investor updates, and leadership briefs that dont just inform but inspiregiving stakeholders confidence in where were headed.
- Cross-Functional Leadership - Run mission-critical initiatives with discipline: set clear goals, assign ownership, track progress, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Vision-to-Execution Translation - Turn big-picture strategy into actionable roadmaps and workflows that teams can rally behindand deliver results that move the business forward.
- Operational Problem-Solving - Spot roadblocks before they slow momentum, coordinate competing priorities, and engineer solutions that keep projects moving at speed.

Non-Negotiables:
- 3+ years of proven success in Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, consulting, or similar cross-functional leadership roles.
- Exceptional project management skillsable to manage multiple priorities with precision and discipline.
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complexity and earn trust across stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadershipskilled at rallying teams, driving accountability, and moving initiatives forward without formal authority.
- Highly adaptable and resourceful, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Boardroom readyexperience preparing investor or board-level materials strongly preferred.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives on execution and collaboration.
